Mentoring

Each student will be assigned an in-clinic mentor for the summer.  The students will meet with their in clinic mentor at least once per month during the summer program.

Students will also have access to online continuing education.

Clinics will commit to:

* Assigning a mentor to each student and meeting with them at least monthly

*Pairing them with an experienced technician in the clinic to shadow.

Internships will be unpaid as the expectation is that the students will be there in an educational capacity.
